With more than 30 years of real estate experience, I lead Total Property Services, Inc., a full-service firm specializing in residential, commercial, agricultural, and development properties. My work spans bringing new businesses to the region, supporting major energy projects—including wind farms, solar leases, and potential battery-storage facilities—and guiding first-time buyers through the home-buying process. I also have extensive experience with farm real estate, helping families sell generational land and advising large-scale agricultural investors.

In addition to real estate, I have been deeply involved in community development, including volunteer leadership at Tarkio College (now Tarkio Technology Institute), supporting its growth from 1 to 60 students and helping revitalize campus facilities. My focus remains on creating opportunities that strengthen rural communities through thoughtful development, job creation, and long-term planning.
